Separation between agencies
Every agency's data stays its own.
Separation is enforced by the database itself. Even a mistake in the application should not expose one agency's data to another, and we test for exactly that.
Protected links
Quote, invitation and ticket links are stored only as hashes, and they can expire or be revoked.
Quotes that cannot change
A sent quote is frozen and fingerprinted. Acceptance is recorded against that exact version, and the record cannot be edited afterwards.
Signed tickets
QR tickets are cryptographically signed, and they stop working when a registration is cancelled.
Private events stay private
Without a valid link, a visitor to a private site sees a neutral page, with no event name and no client branding.
Careful with email
Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are respected, so people who should not hear from you do not.
Clear agreements
A data processing agreement is part of the platform, and we publish the list of companies that process data for us.
